24년 3월 이후로 한양대 공작실 운영사항이 새로 업데이트 되었으니, 하단의 공지사항을 꼭 읽어주시기 바랍니다.
[예약 슬롯이 열리는 시간 : 예약 슬롯의 72시간 전부터 예약 슬롯의 24시간 전까지 예약 가능]
레이저 컷팅은 오전 시간대(1:00am ~ 6:00am/총 6슬롯)에만, 3D 프린팅은 오후 시간대(1:00pm ~ 4:00pm/총 4슬롯)에만 예약이 가능하오니 이 점 숙지하여 예약하시기 바랍니다.
각 항목과 무관한 시간대에 예약하실 경우 자동 취소되오니 참고하시기 바랍니다.
1인 기준 일주일당 레이저 커팅 총 4슬롯, 3D 프린팅 총 4슬롯까지 출력 가능합니다.
파일은 본인의 파일만 예약 가능합니다. 이는 모든 학생들에게 더 많은 기회를 제공하기 위한 것으로, 대리 예약과 같은 부적절한 예약 시 공작소 이용에 제한이 생길 수 있습니다.
예약과 동시에(예약 신청일에) 건축공작소 채널로 예약 확인 메일 캡쳐본과 파일을 함께 보내주셔야 최종적으로 예약이 완료되며, 보내지 않을 경우 예약이 취소됩니다.
※ 공지사항 미숙지로 인하여 발생하는 모든 일은 HYSA 건축공작소에서 책임지지 않으니 주의하시기 바랍니다.
레이저 커팅기
최대 가공 영역: 800X600(mm), 1인당 1일 최대 2슬롯(총 4장까지) 예약 가능 ( 1슬롯당 2장까지 출력 가능 )
- 2슬롯 초과 시 초과된 예약건은 별도의 안내 없이 자동 예약 취소됩니다.
- 복잡한 커팅(ex. 창문) 및 해치 각인은 1슬롯당 1장만 출력 가능합니다.
- 막대기 커팅(2x2, 3x3 사이즈 등의 각재)은 기계 과부화의 원인이 되어 출력 불가합니다.
- 재료는 MDF / 아크릴 / 라이싱지 / 로얄보드만 가능합니다. (우드락 / 폼보드 / 포맥스 불가, 기타재료는 문의 후 사용 가능) 두께 [~3T]
레이저 커팅 비용은 유지관리를 위해, 커팅 장당 1000원을 지불해야 합니다.
- 20mm를 offset 한 영역 안에서 빨간색(컷팅), 파란색(각인) 레이어를 이용하여 가공도면을 채워주세요. 이외의 색상은 출력되지 않습니다.
커팅 최소 간격은 1.5mm~2mm입니다.
재료와 장수 및 특이사항도 기재해 주세요. (아래 사진 참고)
- 긴급은 레이저 출력 후 사소한 문제로 소량의 레이저 컷팅을 할 경우 문의 가능합니다.
예약 (건축공작소 예약사이트 이용)
- 1:00am ~ 06:00am 시간대 예약
- 하단 예약 폼 작성
- 예약창에 나와있는 시간은 작업 시간이 아닌 예약 가능한 슬롯을 의미합니다.
- 예약은 출력일(예약일) 3일 전부터 가능하며, 1인당 1일 최대 2개의 슬롯만 가능합니다.
- 예약신청일에 건축공작소 채널로 예약 확인 메일 캡쳐본과 파일을 함께 보내주셔야 예약이 최종 확정됩니다.
파일 제출 (건축공작소 채널(카카오톡에서 HYSA 건축공작소 http://pf.kakao.com/_Tvzgxj), 채널창을 통해 파일 제출)
- 파일은 예약 확인 메일 캡쳐본과 함께 예약신청일에 건축공작소 채널로 보내주셔야 합니다.
- 예약자만 파일 제출이 가능하며, 파일명은 이름_학년_학번_재료_사이즈.dxf 로 지정하여 보내주시기 바랍니다. (DXF 파일 하나로 모아서 보내주세요.)
- 제출 이후 파일 교체는 불가능하며, 파일 수정 관련은 예약한 당일날 말씀해주셔야 합니다.
재료 전달
- 재료 전달은 출력일(예약일) 하루 전 18:00시까지 5층 공작실 문 앞에 두시기 바랍니다.
출력
- 출력물은 출력일(예약일) 다음날, 조교가 지정한 시간에 수령하실 수 있습니다.
- 가져가지 않은 출력물은 일주일 이후 폐기되며, 폐기되어도 금액은 지불해야 하므로 주의하시기 바랍니다.
3D 프린터
출력가능 크기: 280X250X300(mm), 1인당 1일 최대 2슬롯 예약 가능 ( 1슬롯 = 파일 1개당 최대 48시간 이내로 출력 가능 )
- 2슬롯 초과 시 초과된 예약건은 별도의 안내 없이 자동 예약 취소됩니다.
- 재료는 esun의 스노우백색으로만 출력가능합니다.
- 건축공작소에서 보유하고 있는 3D프린터는 "플래시포지 가이더2, FlashForge Guider II" 이며, 출력가능크기는 280 X250 X 300mm 입니다. 출력가능크기가 300이지만, 출력물의 크기가 300에 꽉 찰 경우 끝부분이 흔들리는 등 이탈 확률이 높아질 수 있습니다. 이 부분 감안하여 파일을 제출하시기 바랍니다.
- 3D 프린팅 비용은 미터당 100원의 재료비를 지불해야 합니다.
예약
- 하단 예약 폼 작성 1:00pm ~ 4:00pm 시간대 예약
- 예약창에 나와있는 시간은 작업 시간이 아닌 예약가능한 슬롯을 의미합니다.

STL파일 제출 (파일명 : 예약자 이름, 건축공작소http://pf.kakao.com/_Tvzgxj 채널을 통해 제출)
- 출력물을 출력크기로 가정하였을 때 최소 두께는 2mm 이상을 모델링을 하셔야 제대로된 출력물이 가능합니다.
- 개인의 작업 실수로 인한 출력 불가 항목은 예약 취소될 수 있으니 주의하시기 바랍니다. ( xy축이 틀어져 규격에 벗어난 모델링 등등 )
- 파일은 예약 확인 메일 캡쳐본과 함께 예약신청일에 건축공작소 채널로 보내주셔야 합니다.
출력가능여부 판별후 출력.
- 출력물은 출력일(예약일) 다음날, 조교가 지정한 시간에 수령하실 수 있습니다.
- 가져가지 않은 출력물은 일주일 이후 폐기되며, 폐기되어도 금액은 지불해야 하므로 주의하시기 바랍니다.

예약완료 메일이 전송되기 때문에 예약 정보를 정확하게 입력해주시기 바랍니다.
월요일 ~ 금요일 운영을 기본으로 하며, 주말은 토요일 일요일 일괄로 처리되어 월요일에 수령 가능합니다.
중간크리틱, 기말크리틱, 졸전기간이 포함된 달은 2주간 주말에도 운영합니다.
운영 시간 외 메세지에는 답장해드릴 수 없으며, 필요한 내용만 간략하게 요약해서 남겨주시면 영업시간에 답장해드립니다.
파일 내 오류 존재 시, 업로드 된 파일을 따로 작업해드릴 수 없으니 HYSA 건축공작소 채널의 공지사항을 잘 확인하시고 보내주시기 바랍니다.
파일과 예약 확인 메일 캡쳐본을 함께 보내지 않을 경우 예약은 자동으로 취소됩니다.
파일은 본인의 파일만 예약하셔야 합니다. 대리 예약 적발 시 예약인과 대리인 모두 이후 공작소 이용에 제한이 생길 수 있습니다.
공작실 이용과 관련하여 부당한 행위, 타인의 이용에 지장을 주는 행위, 공작실 무단출입, 공작실 내 공구무단 사용 및 반출, 관리자와의 다툼 등의 행위는 공작실 이용에 제한이 생길 수 있습니다.

Laser Cutting Slots are allotted on [AM] (1:00am – 06:00am / 6 slots).
3D Printing Slots are allotted on [PM] (1:00pm – 4:00pm / 4 slots).
[Time when the reserved slot opens : Reservations can be made 72 hours before slot time.]
Maxmim Available Slot : 2 Slots per Person each day, Laser Cutting - 4 Slots per Person a week / 3D Print - 4 Slots per Person a week
To confirm the appointment, send a file and screenshot image of the [Appointment Scheduled] notice sent to your email. Any appointment that does not comply with the requirements are subject to cancellation WITHOUT NOTICE.
Laser Cutting
Maximum Cut Area : 800X600(mm)
Maximum Available Slot : 2 Slots per Person each day (1 Slot = Maximum 2 Sheets)
Materials Allowed to Cut (Provide your own Materials. Archi-Factory does not provide any material on All circumstances.)
: MDF / Acryl / Royalboard / lysine Paper / Basswood [Max. 3T]
Prices are 1000₩ each Sheet, regardless of size.
When minor errors occur during the cut, re-cutting will be prioritized over the later schedule.
Cutting Procedure
Make Appointment (Scroll Down for the Button)
- CHOOSE ONLY 1:00am – 06:00am
- Fill out information
- The time is only used to represent the slots, but if the total time taken to cut exceeds one hour, files may be required to be re-sent.
- Making appointments are allowed three working days former to the cutting date.
- SEND the file and screenshot image of the [Appointment Scheduled] notice sent to your email to CONFIRM the Appointment.
Send your File through HYSA WORKSHOP KAKAO Channel (http://pf.kakao.com/_Tvzgxj).
- Files must be sent to the Archi-factory Kakao channel together with the [Appointment Scheduled] screenshot.
- For convenience, send files as NAME_1_material, NAME_2_material,.. in ONE DXF file. We do not receive any other file format than DXF. Refer to the Template file for engraving and cutting color coding.
Hand in your Materials
- Materials must be left in front of the Archi-Factory (Room 501) before 18:00, one day prior to the appointment date.
Print
- All finished products may be picked up NEXT DAY of the appointment date, and T.A. will contact each student to visit the factory to receive his/her output.
- All products that have not been received will be discarded after one week, HOWEVER will still be charged the appropriate fee by the student.
3D Print
Maximum Print Area : 280X250x300(mm)
Maximum Available Slot : 2 Slots per Person each day (1 Slot = Maximum 48 hours)
Print Color: E-Sun Snow White (No other material or Color is accepted. Archi-Factory provides the filament.)
3D Printer Info: FlashForge Guider II (printing the maximum size may have unwanted details in the final product)
Prices are 100₩ per Meter.

3D Print Procedure

- SEND the screenshot image of the [Appointment Scheduled] notice sent to your email to CONFIRM the Appointment.
Send your File through HYSA WORKSHOP KAKAO Channel (http://pf.kakao.com/_Tvzgxj).
- Files must be sent to the Archi-factory Kakao channel together with the [Appointment Scheduled] screenshot.
- For convenience, send files as NAME_1, NAME_2,.. in ONE STL file. We do not receive any other file format than STL. Submit files in actual Scale.
- The minimum thickness for the STL file is 2mm to ensure a safe print. If errors occur in the submitted STL file due to modeling mistakes, students may be required to fix the file and make a new appointment.
Print
- All finished products may be picked up NEXT DAY of the appointment date, and T.A. will contact each student to visit the factory to receive his/her output.
- All products that have not been received will be discarded after one week, HOWEVER will still be charged the appropriate fee by the student.

Please make appointments according to the requirements written above. Any appointment made otherwise will be cancelled WITHOUT NOTICE.
Fill out your e-mail properly, as appointment schedule mails are required for students to confirm the cut or print.
Work Hours are Mondays to Fridays.
Every Mid-Term and Finals Period (about 2 weeks before the end of the periods), Slots are open for Weekends as well. This is to provide more opportunities for students, but may not continue if students make use of the weekend schedules in a negative way.
Refrain from sending messages on hours other than working hours, as they may not be replied.
Making multiple appointments using several names for one person is subject to cancellation, as well as to warning for listing in the blacklist.
