노승범교수는 1985년 한양대학교 건축공학과를 졸업하고 1993년 미국 펜실베니아대학교(GSFA)에서 M.Arch. 학위를 취득하였다. 김중업건축연구소, Skidmore Owings & Merrill LLP, Rafael Vinoly Architects, 그리고 Gwathmey Siegel & Associates Architects에서 건축설계를 수행했으며 2000년 한양대학교 건축학부에 부임한 이후 강의와 건축작업을 병행하고 있다. 2013년부터 2016년까지 네델란드 베를라헤대학원 외래교수를 역임했으며 현재는 서울시 영등포구 총괄건축가를 비롯하여 서울시 공공건축가 및 신속통합기획가로 활동하고 있다. 주요 프로젝트로 군포시 그림책박물관, 청평마이다스리조트 그리고 대교사옥등이 있으며 경기도건축문화상 금상, 한국건축문화대상 그리고 한국리모델링건축대전 대상 등을 수상 했음.

Professor Seungbom Roh graduated from the Department of Architectural Engineering at Hanyang University in 1985 and received his M.Arch. from the University of Pennsylvania in 1993. He worked as a architect at Kimchungup Architectural Institute, Skidmore Owings & Merrill New York, Rafael Vinoly Architects, and Gwathmey Siegel & Associates Architects. From 2013 to 2016, he served as an adjunct professor at the Berlage Center for Advanced Studies in Architecture and Urban Design Studio in Delft Netherlands, and is currently working as a general architect in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, as well as a public architect and a integrated planner in Seoul. Major projects include the Gunpo City Picture Book Museum, Cheongpyeong Midas Resort, and Daegyo Headquter Office, which won the Gyeonggi-do Architecture Award, the Korea Architecture Award, and the Korea Remodeling Architecture Grand Prize.
